Payment Terms
- Non-refundable Services: Due to the nature of our customized services, all payments made for our software design and development services are non-refundable.
- Recurring Services: For any recurring services, payments will be processed according to the agreed-upon schedule.
Cancellation Policy
Clients have the right to cancel any retained or recurring services. To do so, clients must notify us in writing at least 60 days in advance. Cancellation requests can be sent to our email address provided below. Once the cancellation request is received and processed, no further charges will be applied beyond the 60-day notice period.
